How to use Princh
How To Use The Princh Web App (Laptop or Mobile Device)
- Use the link here to visit the Library's printer page or use the QR Code on the library printing slips.
- 'Click here to select and upload a file' and choose the file(s) you want to print
- Once the file is uploaded choose your options (The gear icon lets you change options)
- Choose between Black & White or Color.
- Number of copies.
- Use the preview option to check that you have the right file(s).
- Click accept to keep the changes for that print job.
- If you agree with Princh's Terms and Conditions, click the check box to accept them. (Terms and Conditions can be read by clicking on the highlighted text)
- Click Continue
- Enter your email address or a Name that is at least 5 characters long (This is used as an identifier in the job queue before the job is released.)
- Click 'OK'
- Visit the library during our operating hours.
- Print jobs are held for 4 days so please plan accordingly.
- Ask for your print at the library's Circulation Desk
- Please provide the email, name or, nickname that you entered to the Circulation Staff so that they can retrieve your print job.
- Pay for your pint job at the circulation desk. (Reminder: There is a $5 minimum in order to pay using a credit card).
- Receive your print job from the circulation staff.
*The link and QR Code automatically enters the Printer ID Number: 110457 when used.
Using the Princh App (Android & Apple)
- Download the free Princh app from the App Store or Google Play.
- View the video Tutorial for instructions.
- Once necessary permissions are set, you can choose to print from most apps by choosing Share or Print from that app's options menu.
- Choose Princh as the printer you want to print to.
- Choose Enter ID to enter our printer code: 110457
- Or, choose Tap to scan if you have a QR code. (QR codes can be found on the poster near the Circulation Desk at the library or on the cards also available at the Circulation Desk)
- Select the printer.
- Choose number of copies, print range, color if needed (note price changes)
- Tap Preview to see a preview of your print
- Tap Print when you are ready to send your print to us.
- If you agree with Princh's Terms and Conditions, Accept (click link to read Terms and Conditions).
- Tap Continue
- Enter your Email, Name, or Nickname when prompted.
- Once you see Success, visit the library, give us your email, name or nickname, pay for your print with cash or credit card ($5 min for credit card) and receive your print.
How Much Does It Cost Per Print?
Black & White Prints: $0.25 per page
Color Prints: $1.00 per page
