The Bowlby Public Library Board of Trustees is composed of Greene County residents who share a love of the Library. The Board member represents a community perspective, and is expected to represent the Library in the community.

Eva K. Bowlby Public Library is committed to providing patrons continued expanded access to online collections, virtual resources, and safe access to physical library materials.
Fall / Winter Business Hours:
Monday & Wednesday 9am - 7pm
Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 6pm
Friday & Saturday 9am - 4pm
If you are uncomfortable coming into the library we offer Library-To-Go services: call us with your material requests and we will have them ready for pickup within an hour. NO material pickups 30 minutes before closing time.

The Bowlby Library is participating in a project to help gather data about locations that are unserved or underserved by broadband access.

Chat with a Librarian is a FREE resource for all residents of Pennsylvania offering live chat assistance with a real librarian, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your local WAGGIN Librarians staff the chat service Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, at times when they are not available, you will be connected with a librarian outside our area who can help you with your questions.
